They are called Muslim. The only thing is, if someone wants to become a Muslim, they have to believe that Islam is the true religion by heart. They also have to say Ashadualla illaha illalala Muhammadurasulullah which means Allah is the only God and Muhammad (peace be upon him) is his messenger.
