First of all, I hope that you are willing to take your time and be patient, as this is something that requires dedication and effort. But you already know that, what you need is the advice and also you need to change how you think about food. That's the first part.

Also think how you got to the size you are, and look back and see yourself back then now, and then think of yourself as a compeltely different person. Anything that happened from childhood or in your life that ended you up how you are- now is your chance, you ve made the decision, now make the next step to really do it.

Protien in morning for breakfast-

Eggs in extra virgin olive oil, no milk, no butter. Scramble, poached, fried, boiled. As long as done in water or olive oil, then what you are eating is pure protein without adding bad fats. Have eggs with a pint of Pineapple Juice. ORFish. Fresh or canned. Have the smallest can that the shops provide and have that with a pint of Pineapple Juice.

Snacks- any fruit. Nuts.

Advice- to lose weight, no mixing carbs with protein if you can help it. esp breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as they say, but don't load yourself up on cereal (the worst complex carb for losing weight) or toast etc... on the day you fancy toast- have butter and marmite or mustard, no sugary jams.

Carbs- Eating carbs for a lunch or dinner is no problem. But not over loading and eating a huge portion. If you eat baked potato have a knob of butter, no mayo, no tuna, no cheese. No pastries, no pies.

Sandwiches, with cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce. Add marmite for flavour if you like it.

Whatever happens, don't beat yourself up for eating a slice of bread and no beating yourself up for mixing protein and carb in one meal. Aim for 4-6 small meals a day.

Probably really boring to you maybe but exercise , gentle movement, walking for 15-20 mins everyday or 4 days per week.

Don't count calories. That's not the key to losing the weight. Its your mind set, think of why your eating any junk, in the first place. Its good to treat yourself but not to shove it in because of some other issue.
