375 sound right?
theres a little plastic chrome cover over both of your cylinder heads they pop off and the plugs are right behind there you will see them
The plugs bolt into the cylinder heads along the left & right side of the motor. Follow the plug wires & you will find them.
on Harleys they are found on the clutch lever/left side of the motorcyle, in the top of the cylinder heads. you will be able to see the sparkplug cables which will lead you right to the plugs. just pop those off and there they will be. on Harleys they are found on the clutch lever/left side of the motorcyle, in the top of the cylinder heads. you will be able to see the sparkplug cables which will lead you right to the plugs. just pop those off and there they will be.
The Edelbrock carbs work very well right out of the box, so if you have the correct intake manifold it should bolt right on with no problems. The Edelbrock website has all the info you need for tuning and connectivity.
If the heads are put on right then it will be on the driver's side head between the 1st and 2ed spark plugs. It may be on the other head too between the back 2 spark plugs.
on an edelbrock 350 ? you mean Chevy 350 with edelbrock parts on it ? try the valve cover. open it up by unscrewing it or it may be just a pop of cap and puth the oil right in the valve cover just like every other 350 .
There is a temperature switch that goes in the driverside head up front between the#1 and #3 spark plugs. Reason it goes there is because that is the side GM ran the temperature wire too in the wireing harness.but to answer your question, There is no left and right head, it does not matter. At least no with that year of heads.
Northstar engines have freeze plugs in the heads! Two are in the right head and one in the left. They can be found on the exhaust side of the head and therefore difficult to see.
I've had good luck with the Edelbrock 1406 right out of the box.
sorry buddy your gettin hosed!!! he is right YOU CAN WALK IN TO A OREILLYS AND GET A CAM AND LIFTER SET, ITS ABOUT 175-250.00 , HEADS ON A 305 ARE NOT WORTH A DANG NIKLE, THEY ALLL FREKIN CRACK. BY THE TIME YOU GET A JUNKIE 305 IN ORDER YOU COULD HAVE SAVED , BY DROPPING IN A REAL ENGINE, A 350. SOUNDS LIKE HE WANTED SOME WORK, AND WAS RIGHT THAT STOCK 305 HEADS CAN BE THROWN AWAY, BUT IF YOU WANT POWER YOU HAVE TO ADD HEADS AND A GOOD CAM, AND A GOOD CARB, MAYBE A CARTER /EDELBROCK 600 CFM.
There are freeze plugs on the left, right, and rear.
