This is my opinion....
As the interviewer you should create a good atmosphere to candidate. Be friendly, use the appropriate voice tone and have an eye contact to make them feel comfortable at you.
You should only ask questions which is related to Job or information that you should know about them. For example, if they have disabilities that can affect the job that they applying for.
When the candidate answerd your quetsion, you should keep a record so that when you look back at it. You are able to find out if the candidate is suitable for the job that they applying for.

It is vital for the interviewer to ensure hiring employees that have the potential for further personal growth and the best contributors.
So how would the interviewer do that?
How would one find out and hire those winners, good performers and effective new employees?
The interviewer should prepare & ask the candidate job interview questions that the answers given (by the candidate) will be evaluated to assess the potential of this candidate to perform well in the said job.

Personal interview is you are face to face with the interviewer while the questionnaire interview means the interviewer will only give you a sheet of paper with questions.

Extended interview is a type of interview where in the interviewer is interested in you and want to know more about you and your background.
The directive approach interview is when the interviewer maintains control over the course of the interview. And the non-directive approach interview is when the interviewer allows the interviewee to express his/her true feelings about the topic under disscussion.
