The following link will get you the serpentine belt routing path for most all vehicles. Diagram 8-1 is the one for the 2000 Ford F-150 with A/C and 8 pulleys. http://www.daycoproducts.com/daycoweb.nsf/DaycoSerpentineBeltGuide.pdf Hope this helps!
I need a routing diagram for the serpentine belt on a 1998 Jeep Wranger, 4 cylinder, with air conditioning
check under the hood on the radiator brackets or on the intake box
Here it is:
VR6 drive belt pathway
The drivebelt routing decal on the radiator shroud to help during drivebelt install
You should have a belt routing diagram sticker on top of the radiator shroud. I've also included a video that shows right where this sticker is and how to replace the serpentine belt on your truck.
Specifically, where and what do I do to tension either belt? Thanks!
A belt routing diagram for the 3.0L engine can be found at http://tearstone.com/eclipsefsm/GR00005300-00.pdf on page 00-46.
On a 2000 Lincoln Navigator there is a timing CHAIN to each cylinder head ( two timing CHAINS ) and a serpentine belt that drives all the engine powered accesories ( air conditioning , power steering , etcetera )
The tension pulley is centerline with the engine and at the very top of the belt routing.
Only about 10 minutes providing you still have the routing diagram attached to the engine compartment and a tool for the tensioner on hand.
If it is the 4 cylinder, 2.2. If it is a 6 cylinder, 4.3.
