Normally they are a nominal 1 inch. Only two cranks were in the type and trim. I link the parts breakdown below
5/8 inch
I am afraid not Depending on the size of the shaft on the thing you are putting on it is possible to get a bushing made to increase the size of the shaft. Go to your local machine shop and ask if they can make one.)
On most of those engines it is 1in" But it could also be 7/8"

Unless the type # is off the wall strange, it has a 1" diameter shaft, 1/4" keyway, the end is tapped to thread size 7/16 - 20, and length from mount to tip is 3 and 5/32".
Most likely 3/4" diameter, though it's possible it's 5/8". Although, I have never even once heard of a 3.5 hp mower with a horizontal shaft.
what plug size fits a 3.75 briggs and stratton, and a 19.5 briggs engine and what is the gap. thank you
official site for Briggs and Stratton Spark Plugs is: http://www.briggsandstratton.com/maint_repair/routine_maintenance/choosing_spark_plugs/ The proper spark plug will depend on the type of 6.5 HP motor that you have. Briggs and Stratton made several different ones and the best way to get the proper plug will be to call an authorized Briggs and Stratton repair shop with the mower make and model numbers.
Generac, Briggs & Stratton, and Honda are all excellent generator companies. It's best to determine your needs, then decide on the size/model of generator.
Blade adapter from a MTD or Yard Machine seemed to fit the keyed shaft. Center bolt is 3/8" with 24 threads per inch. My issue is the shaft on the Predator is 1/2" longer than my original Yard machine, Briggs and Straton. So I either need to cut the shaft off, or raise the motor on a half inch thick spacer plate to get the blade at the same height it was on the original motor.
