It is a T30 Torx. A T27 will work, but is slightly loose in the nut. The bulb for stop and turn signal is 3157. Two bolts to remove to get access to the bulbs.

Put your tailgate down and take the screws off on the inside of the taillight. The screws are Torx screws, so you will need Torx head screw driver. Then just give it a tug and the cover will pop right off. The rear, 2 screws and the tail light comes out. The front, there's a small T15 torx screw under the headlight. Then just pull the signal assembly straight out.

Use a small torx bit and unscrew the keeper screw. Sometimes Allen wrenches can be used in torx just be careful not to strip out the head of the screw.
