If it is anything like a Gran Prix it has 3 coils located on the front side of the engine about 10 inches below the spark plugs. They are bolted on top of the ignition module and each coli has two spark plug wires attached to it.
Each spark plug has a coil on the top. Just remove the coil.
Provides spark for the spark plugs.
follow the spark plug wire starting at the spark plug end, when you get to the other end its connected to the coil
Do you have C.O.P. ( coil on plug ) If so, under the coil.

You have C.O.P ( coil on plug ). Just un clip the coil wire, remove the small screw and the coil is off. Spark plugs are under the coil's.
If the coil pack is not telling the spark plug to fire on a 1993 F-150 5.0 engine, then check the spark plug wire itself. Also check to make sure the coil and spark plug wires are arranged in the right firing order.

there is a coil on each one. remove the coil and there is the plug.
start with checking the fuses, coil wire, distributor cap and rotor.
Remove the coil on top of the plug, they are there.
