or just look for the cylinder number on the spark plug wires
it means you need a new spark plug and probably a new coil for number 7
If you look at the distributor of the car, sometimes they are marked with the cylinder number on the cap. Find number 1 and follow the spark plug cable to the spark plug. That will be No. 1 cylinder.

Locate which cylinder is dead, remove the spark plug, if the spark plug is bone dry the injector is probably not working.

open the hood and the number one cylinder will be werethe first spark plug on the right , or the driver's side.
its a misfire on cylinder number 1, check your spark plug, plug wire and/or coil on cylinder number 1
