What is the step by step procedure for changing the spark plugs on a 1998 Kia Sportage?

The plugs are located on the top of the head and to get to them you need to remove the air intake to the throttle body, There is a black cover plate about 4 inches wide held down by I believe 6 bolts, remove the cover and there you will find the coils.Each coil is helld in place by 2 bolts.
