No food safety person would tell you that it would be safe to cook. The risks are too great. Discard it.
You are going to have a very dry roast!!!!
A 2.5 to 4 pound roast would take about 3 hours to cook. It should be allowed to stand 10 to 15 minutes before being carved and served.
A general rule of thumb is to cook all chicken and turkey until it has an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Typically you cook a half hour per pound leading you to cook it for approximately three to four hours.
they say 20 min for every lb at 325, so I'd bake it at 300 for 8 hrs ( 30 min for each pound)
8 to 10 min per pound up to a 16 lb turkey! So a 16lb turkey at 10 min a pound = about 3 hours!

One pound of turkey should be cooked for each person eating. A turkey that will feed 10-14 people should weigh around 10-14 people.

Why would you "cook" a pork roast in the microwave. Pork roast are a tough meat and it requires low temp at about 10 hours like in a crock pot.
