O= valve springs += head bolts 8 6 1 3 9 + O + O + O + O + passenger side of motor + O + O + O + O + driver side of motor 10 4 2 5 7 this is the sequence from my haynes manual. i tried to emulate the diagram the best i could with the keyboard. the front of the motor is on the left. hope it helps and good luck.
