The 1895 Winchester which was made in Japan was actually made by Miroku firearms under contract for Winchester. It is not a replica, but a contracted Winchester. They have been made on a limited run basis in different calibers for the last decade. Prior to that Miroku also made the same rifle under contract from Browning Firearms.

Miroku is currently still making the 1895 for the Winchester Firearms Company, and Winchester is still selling them. New in the Box and Unfired with all papers are getting about $1300 US, but if they have been fired or used, value starts declining rapidly. 99% condition but used would garner approximately $900, while a 90% condition rifle would be worth considerably less.

What is the age and value of a 30-06 Winchester Model 70 carbine serial G1669568 and how many were made?

Looking at your serial number it looks like it was made sometime after 1981. You could look at some of the Winchester forums or go to gunbroker.com or gunsamerica to get a rough value.

What is the value of a 22 W C P caliber Winchester lever action with a serial number of 80938?

That is probably 22 WCF (Winchester Center Fire) which is an obsolete cartridge. If this is a single shot lever action rifle, it would be the Model 1885 and if it is a repeating rifle, the Model 1873. Any other Winchester model chambered for this round would be unusual. Both of these models were available in several configurations and the value can range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, so a hands-on evaluation would be necessary. Assuming it is one of these, the Model 1873 with your serial would have been manufactured in 1881 and the Model 1885 in 1898, which makes either an antique according to the GCA of 1968 and BATF regulations.
