I'm not sure what the weight of your van is (the door sticker will not be accurate because the van was modified after leaving the manufacturer) however I recommend stopping by your nearest truck stop. Most truck stops have CAT scales and they will weigh your van for 3 to 8 dollars.

Not all conversions had a spare battery, nor do I know where they'd put one. If you're sure you have a spare battery, follow the thick red wires from the relay center under the hood. One goes to the main battery, another would have to go to the spare. I've got a 96 B2500, Coachmen conversion. I've never heard of a spare battery coming from a conversion company, they normally just do cosmetic stuff.

The crank sensor is located on the bell housing of the transmission on passenger side. You will need an Allen wrench.

Other than measuring it, any Auto Parts store has this information. The maximum wear diameter of the drum is cast onto the outside of the drum.
