It's hard to tell for sure what is wrong with your dog if he is losing weight and scratching his hair off. It could be related to a thyroid problem or he might be allergic to the food you are feeding him. He also could be having an allergic reaction to fleas or to something else in his environment. Take him to a veterinarian to get him treated.
What could be wrong with your brakes when you stop it sounds like water rushing from the back of the car?
Answer sounds to me that you have a leak in your brake lines also check calipers and wheel cylinders or master cylinder. That sound may have nothing to do with the brakes. I have seen the drains in the bottom of the doors blocked/plugged up with debris then the doors will hold water from the rain and slosh around to make that noise. Check the door drains.

Sounds like the motor is bad or the motor bearings are bad. This will create more resistance and will therefore create more current in the circuit. More current in the circuit will cause the overload to trip. This is for safety to prevent excess heat building up in the circuit which could cause a fire.
