The Villager PCM is located far under the dash, near the firewall. It requires a fair amount of disassembly to reach it, so I'd suggest actually making sure there is something wrong with it before attempting it.

How you fix them would depend entirely on what's wrong with them. You'd have to diagnose the problem first, bulbs burned out, blown fuse, bad switch, broken wires, etc.
take it to advance auto and they will diagnose it for free. it may be something easy for you to fix and hence u can save some bucks. Take it to a shop and have the problem fixed.
Its trying to give you a trouble code to tell you whats wrong with the car. Take it to someone who has a code reader, such as an autoparts store or oilcan Henry's if you have one near you.
