Gulfmallu is the first pravasi Indian site created mainly for Indian pravasi. Pravasi is an Indian word referring to all the people who left their native places to work abroad.. Its main goal is to reunite, entertain, and give hope for everyone especially for pravasi who were separated from their loved ones. The creator himself experience being away from his family and knows the hardship and the sacrifices made by people who chose to be away from their family to make a living.

Gulfmallu aims to recruit all individuals who want to share their talents through videos, blogs, chat and forums. It also encourages people to express their opinions and feelings on any topic regardless of their age, sexuality or even skin-color. Reading blogs and forums is one of the best things to spend and enjoy your day with its wide variety of topics.

It was created March 27 2009 by an Indian Software Engineer, originally born in Kerala, India. He left his home and work for Kuwait on the year 2002. He is the only son among four other siblings. He had always dream of creating a site where he can serve and help his fellow countrymen in any form that he can.
