Take all the sciences you can! The more advanced the better. Get started learning anatomy and physiology, this will prepare you for Pathophysiology once you get into nursing school. Also, chemistry will help you with Pharmacology, and Biology will help put things together. This is not to suggest slacking on writing classes. There is more writing in nursing school that you might think, and it's easier when you can just focus on content then HOW to write it.

I'd also say P.E., Health, Sex-Ed, AP Bio, AP Chem. Maybe even some language as an elective if you're interested in traveling and nursing for philanthropy in places like Haiti, Japan, Africa, Indochina, Central America, etc.
