the best ones would be cycling and running as you can really concentrate on burning fat in the propper 'zone' (level of effort) all sports will be good at burning fat, as long as they involve running/jogging (Basketball, Baseball, hockey, tennis ect,ect,ect) but they are team sports and cant be 'controlled' for burining in the fat zone as runnning and cycling can (where you dictate the pace to suit you)
