i would recommend 5w-30
5W-30 is to thin in the echo engine, you'll find that it will consume the oil over time between oil changes.
A 10W-40 would be a better choice. Check the user manual also for was is recommended for your car and conditions it will be driven in..

You have to take out the engine to get to it.
The recommended oil type for a Toyota Highlander is 5 W 20. The vehicle can also use 10 W 30.
