The type of oil one can use in a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass is either 10 W 30 or 20w-50. This oil can be purchased at any auto parts store.
A crappy blue Chevrolet Nova. 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S convertible if your are referring to that car.
14 to 16 mpg in city driving roughly. Around 20 mpg highway. Its pretty good for a big car.
If the engine is original, use standard oil. If the engine is new or has had a full rebuild, using synthetic oil will result in a longer life for the engine.
R12 if Factory and if someone retro-fitted it, there should be a sticker signifying the charge with R134. Best to take it to a shop with an ID capable machine (they'll bill you for the labor)
