Megan Meier had been bullied most of her life and she never had any real friends. Her mum let her set up a myspace page because it might help with her self-esteem and confidence. One day she met a 16 year old guy by the name of Josh Evans and they started talking. He said that her photos were so pretty and that she was so cute and nice. They became friends and talked all the time, until one day he made a mean comment to her. (the comment was somewhere along the lines of- "the world would be better without you, have a sh***y rest of your life) There were also a lot of bulletins and surveys posted about her that said things like- "Megan Meier is a sl*t" She was so distraught so she commited suicide by hanging herself inside her closet. She was pronounced dead the day after.
