'Culturally blended' is a term used to refer to a homogeneous or harmonious group that is comprised of individuals from different and disparate cultures and who are united in a common bond or happily respect and mix together, and maybe work together, with all others in that culturally blended group while still retaining their individual and cultural characteristics, beliefs, heritage and practices.
Culturally blended can also mean a hybrid culture which is itself a blend of two or more cultures and where the former differences no longer exist in any form, and the new culture consequently has its own unique culture which, within itself, has no cultural differences whatsoever between its members.
The term 'culturally blended' is also used, and is, perhaps, more often used, with regard to families. A family can be described culturally blended when the husband and wife have different cultural backgrounds.
Note: 'Culturally blended' should not be confused with expressions such as 'multi-cultural society', or 'multiculturalism'. Many societies, cities and civilizations may indeed be multi-cultural, but this does not mean that they have have become culturally blended.
SUMMARY
There are some societies and groups in the world who evidently could doubtless be described as being culturally blended, but it is difficult to see how the term 'culturally blended' can, in all seriousness, be applied to the world in general.
