White tigers are not a separate type of subspecies of tiger they are simply genetically mutated tigers, so I guess never would be the best answer.
poaching tigers is not OK at all the effects they leave on a tiger is extreme the tiger will die and if poachers keep doing this there will be no more tigers left so that's why this is so serious already three tiger subspecies have been extinct
Tigers are very popular especially in India so my guess would be about 2 million tigers in the world.
The Caspian, Javan, and Bali tigers are gone now. Or are they? There is recent evidence that the Siberian and Caspian tigers may be so very closely related genetically as to be the same subspecies, populations that separated in the recent past.
There are around 1800 Bengal tigers in India, and a further 300 or so in adjoining nations. The most populous of the remaining tiger subspecies.
