Your carburetor is loading up. Or your needle valve is out of place or stuck.
Well, no. But its normal for the float in the carb to get get stuck and cause the gas to overflow through the overflow tube.
your gas float is sticking in the carb-
your float is stuck in the carburetor. Clean it with carb cleaner.
if you have a carburated engine the float may be too low or has sprung a leak and sinks in the bowl causing overflow or a leaking injector
No, this would be impossible. CRT's are vacuum tubes, as in all gas has been evacuated out of the tube so the electron gun can be fired. So there is no gas that can leave, and if there was a leak it would leak into the monitor and cause it not to work anymore.
Probably not the tank but the fill tube, or fuel lines coming from the fuel pump
If it's coming out the overflow pipe, then it's likely to be a sticking float.
Find the leak, and fix the cause.
A gas leak.
A small hole in the fuse line would cause a gas leak on a 1994 Honda Accord LX. In addition, a hole in the actual fuel tank would cause a leak.
A gas tank can indeed overflow if it is not full. A gas tank can overflow if the pressure inside of it is too high.
Try tightening the gas cap... If that doesn't work, turn the fuel off and open the choke all the way, let it run until it stalls. then turn fuel back on and check for the leak. If neither works, then you will have to work on the carburetor... probably a bad float.
