All Honda vehicles up to 2002. Starting in 2003 the 4 cylinder Accords have a chain and the all V6 Honda's still use the belt. The Civic used a belt up to 2004. After that it has a chain.
chain; most late model hondas now use chains vs belts
Most Hondas do not have a timing chain. It is reported that the 2003 to 2007 models of Honda Accords have a timing chain, however.
