Yes it should fit the frame not sure if tank will fit as the 91 barrel and head are bigger
3.5 quartz
The metal panel between the hood and windshield is removed to service the wiper motor.
the year motor is 2002 and frame is 2000 Not directly bolting no, I have seen it done but it takes fabrication. and no I would not try an 02 750 motor in an 00 600 frame as these are very differant. The 00 600 was a SRAD which is more like a 98-99 750
yes the 2.4 motor is in interference motor, some people will say its not, but trust me, i have blown up more than a handful of these motors, in my drag cavalier.
the intake gaskets on these motors are known to break and coolant will run along the intake and head down the back of the motor.
Stock, 365 Horsepower @ 4600 RPM. However, this motor is the ultimate torque monster, 510 ft/lb @ 3000 RPM. If you have this motor, you are officially made of awesome! With mild mods it's easily a 400 horse motor. This is not true of 455 motors after 1969. 1968-9 motors are the strongest as they haven't been smogged down yet.
The fuel filter is under the front passengers side of the motor on the frame rail, fuel pump is inside the tank.
I have a 96 sportster trike I finished building and have been riding it for about a year...I have very little wobble in front....with what I have a 5% rake will fix it....I rides great.....enjoy
I have removed and repaired the window motors on our Sienna van. Remove the door handle and and I believe there two bolts to remove before pulling off the inside panel which is just a pop off proceedure. I can't remember exactly how to remove the motor but it is fairly clear. Once the motor is removed take it apart and solder the circuit braker contacts together. If you are not comfortable with soldering, take the motor to a repair shop and have them do it. I have done both motors in our 98 and have had no more problems. This is somewhat vague but it's been awhile.
