Your question is very broad and, dare I say, odd. Why did you include the Swiss who live in a different geographical area? Moreover, it involves historical confusion. Also note that some of these peoples (apart from the Swiss) conquered each other.

There is not anyone that fits your description, apart from peoples who lived in totally different parts of the world and never moved towards this part of the world.

The only Empire which comes close to this description is the Safavid dynasty of Persia. It fought against the Ottoman Turks and lost both the war and its territories in eastern Turkey and Iraq which was taken over by the Ottoman Turks. It never got anywhere close to Switzerland or Egypt. However, note that A) Iraq was previously under the Safavid Empire, which means that it had conquered Arab land and part of Turkey had been under this empire. B) By this time the Romans had already ceased to exist.

During the classical Roman days A) the Arabs lived only in the Arabian Peninsula and the Turks did not live in Turkey. They lived in Central Asia. B) The Arabs expanded into the Middle East south of Turkey and Egypt by conquering these lands from the medieval Eastern Roman Empire (also called Byzantine Empire). Later the Turks moved eastwards and conquered Turkey from the Byzantine Empire and then conquered the whole of the Byzantine Empire.

The Mongols did not occupy Switzerland and Arab Egypt, but conquered Arab land in eastern Iraq also Turkey. In the 19th century the French took over Arab Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco (which were part of the Turkish Empire), but not other Arab lands, Turkey and Switzerland. The British took control of Arab Egypt, but none of the other mentioned lands. In WWI the British pushed into Palestine which was Arab and belonged to the Turkish Empire. The British and French fought the battle of Gallipoli in Turkey, but were defeated. In WWII Nazi Germany occupied Arab Libya and Egypt, but not Switzerland and Turkey. The British and French Took over Arab Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, which belonged to the Turkish Empire, but did not occupy Turkey or Switzerland.
