They are a special bulb from Honda/Acura only. There are three different bulbs that I have seen, depending on where they are on the dash and what function they illuminate. They are identified by the color of the socket, red, black, or blue. Red sockets are part number 78181-S0K-A21, 9.5V 1.14W bulb. Can't help with the other part numbers, however the dealer should be able to get them for you.
to change the lights you remove the dash cluster and replace the bulbs. the number for the bulbs are 197
When changing the lights on a 1995 Acura Integra remove the dash on the center console and pull it off. Remove all the accessories and reach the old bulbs. Replace the bulbs.

The brake lights and tail lights are separate wiring systems. Even some of the bulbs may have two separate bulbs in the same glass housing. If the bulbs are in fact working, then the next step would be to test the brake switch under the dash. When you depress the brake pedal the switch is pushed creating a connection to turn on the brake lights.

No the tail lights are in the fuse box on the drivers side the dash lights are just bulbs you have to replace when they burn out.
