If he isn't happy with what your job is, he shouldn't be your partner. He (ideally) should have his own income, and so should receive whatever a partner would normally get. That is a decision that you should sort out between you. Some people might say that he isn't entitled to anything at all. You aren't married to him, you are a single person and if you are doing the work it is only fair that you receive the pay for it. Does he give you a percentage of his earnings?
