The total head will determine the psi.
It depends on what the pipe is for. Domestic water pipes run between 30 -70 psi in general.
A typical deep submersible pump on a domestic well will be 5-10 gpm and will run up to 120 psi if not governed by a pressure switch at the holding tank. Most Home pressure switches are set to come on at 30-45 psi and shut off at 50-75 psi. This, coupled with the air pressure in the holding tank, means that home pressures of 50 -75 are normal.
RUN!
The irrigation system is the process of supplying water to a field etc... through a system of tunnels or canals that run through the field.
25 HP is 25 HP, no matter how you slice it and dice it.
the pump pressure should be from 20 psi to 28psi.
Could be fuel pump or the fuel regulator located under the hood. Fuel reg. Should control 38-44 psi. Pump=65-70 psi.
Depends on the engine. The 2.0L should run 37-46 psi, and the 2.5 L should run 30-36 psi.
If your sprinklers were set up properly, your pump should continue to run all the time the sprinklers are working. This saves wear and tear on the motor. Cycling is the worse thing you can do to a pump and motor.
Should be over 110 psi will run best here however I have seen these run on 60 psi.
it should hold up to 40psi when u turn the key to run and when you crank the engine it should have around 30psi
You should run between 30 and 35 PSI in the tires on your Buick Century. If you have older tires on the vehicle, you should run closer to the 30 PSI mark.
Need to check fuel pressure with a gauge, It should be no less then 58 LBS PSI. No more then 63 LBS. PSI anywhere in between is fine. DO THAT FIRST Just because you can here the pump run, does not mean it's up to power.
Remove the fuel cap and have someone listen in to the fuel tank while you turn the key to the on position. You should hear the fuel pump run for aprox 2 seconds. If you don't hear the pump run it is probably bad. You can try to replace the fuel pump relay under the hood but that is seldom the problem. If you hear the pump run you will want to do a fuel pressure test. This would require a fuel presure gauge and attachment. The pressure should be 60 to 66 psi.
Open up the fuel cap and listen while someone turns the ignition key to the on position. You should hear the pump run breifly for a couple seconds. If you still question the fuel pump, have a fuel pressure test done. It should have 60 to 66 psi.
32 psi
it is possible. The 368 code is related to fuel. Your transfer pump should be pushing 10-15 psi. if it goes less then 10 psi it starves and will ruin the VP44 injection pump. This a very common problem. it is best to run a fuel pressure gauge. CHANGE OUT THE TRANSFER PUMP, and hope you haven't toasted your injection pump.
