It's not fair to say one race is better than another.
Sri Lankan's tamils known as Eelam tamils, as opposed to the Sinhala people of Sri Lanka. Eelam tamils have produced some great rappers for example M.I.A a famous english rapper. Eelam tamil have also produced some great sports men/ women for example leading wicket taker in the world Murali, current captain of Sri Lanka cricket Angelo Mathews and also Tallest netballer in the world Thurasingam also captain of the sri lankan Netball team. Jaffna the capital of the Northern sri lankan were 99% of sri lankan tamils live. Jaffna has a beautiful nature with bliss beaches and great tourism places, Jaffna as a state have a rich and proud culture of sports. In recent years they have won the Carltons 7's rugby cup, the domestic t20 cup and also the FA cup (South Asia) in soccer. All indian tamils have done is make movies that make no sense and take credit for thing Sri Lankan tamils have done.
Sri Lanka tamils never came over from south india, Sri Lankan tamils were the first one in the beautiful island of Lanka perviously called Jaffna Kingdom then the british came and changed everything.
