The House of Representatives initiates articles of impeachment which must pass by a majority vote. If this occurs the official is considered "impeached" and must stand trial in the Senate. Therefore impeachment does not mean that the official is removed from office.
A trial is then held in the Senate. If the US President is on trial then the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides. When the vote is held it must pass by a 2/3 majority in order to convict. If the official is convicted they are removed from office.
The roles of the house of representative after getting report related to alligation of corrption and froud by sitting judge then representative of the house has to submit their votes for the impeachment to the speaker of the house in Raj Shabha after getting two third majority then it has to again put up in upper house that is Parliament if again this approval has been pased by two third majority of the sitting MPs then president can impeach that judge against whome impeachment has been moved but it is matter of surprised since independence till now not a single judge has impeacheddue to that judiciary is totally courrupt.

The House of Representatives must first pass, by a simple majority of those present and voting, articles of impeachment, which constitute the formal allegation or allegations. Upon passage, the defendant has been "impeached".
Next, the Senate tries the accused. In the case of the impeachment of a president, the Chief Justice of the United States presides over the proceeding.
The impeachment process begins in the House of Representatives. Unlike the House, the Senate has only the power to try etc
Impeachment rocks in congress!!!
The House of Reps and the Senate make up the Australian Parliament, their role is to debate and pass laws. They both have largely the same power, except for money bills, which must originate in the Reps, and the Senate through the committee structure, has a oversight role.
In theory they are supposed to make laws that help govern our country. In reality they just mess around and argue about proposals and other stuff. I mean law proposals and not the will you marry me type. :P
The legislative branch is two bodies. The upper house is the Senate with 100 people. The lower house is the House of Representatives. This is 435 people. The job of both houses is to make the laws.
Housekeeping is a systematic process 1> who to keep a goods in proper order 2>who to look things attractive
In the Australian Parliament the Serjeant is a career officer of the Department of the House of Representatives.
In the US Constitution, the House of Representatives is given the sole power of impeachment. This means that the House is the only body that can issue charges of impeachment against a federal official.
nga! nga!
The Senate is important because all of the State Parliament Houses in Australia all consist of two houses- the House Of Representatives and the Senate. The exception is that the State Parliament House in Brisbane only has one house which is the House Of Representatives because in 1922, the Senate was abolished because they weren't passing any laws. One of the roles of the Senate is to pass bills and to check them before they are sent to the Governor General to be stamped. If the people in the Senate don't like the bills, they will make some changes and pass it back to the House of Representatives.
The majority of senators present and vote for confirmation.
