I am 20 years old but I get very tired. I eat beef jerky cause it gives you iron and it keeps you energized throughout the day. Also try drinking sobe energy drinks they also work too. Nothing... if you're so tired, maybe you need to see a doctor. It could be that you need your thyroid and your blood sugar checked. It's not always what you should eat, but what you shouldn't. Carbs or sweets can make you tired believe it or not. They give short bursts of energy and then the body starts to feel fatigued. As the above poster was smart enough to tell you, see your doctor and have a T3/T4 blood test done for your thyroid, also your adrenal gland and be sure the doctor checks you out for anemia.
