Cut around 700 calories in your daily diet. Plus - There is no such thing as no time for exercise. Jog in place and do sit ups before you go to bed. I'm sure you can go to bed 20 minutes later without affecting how tired you are the next day.

With considerable difficulty. You'd need to follow a very strict diet, and preferably do a lot of exercise as well. Keep in mind that such a high loss rate is pretty much impossible to maintain, and many will simply put the weight back on as soon as they start eating normally again.

Step1: You can lose 5kgs in 10 days by following a special diet or making up your own diet an dfollowing it.

Step 2: You can do a lot of exercise and when you take your dog for a walk or something you can run with it instead of walking.

Step 3: When you find any spare time just go for a quick jog.

And if your too lazy I'm sorry to say but then stop complaining!!!
