In most cases the Toyota Corolla motor mount bolt is a three-quarter inch by four inch long bolt. To be absolutely sure of the size of motor mount bolt you will need to know the year of your Toyota.

I don't know what the bolt screws into, or if it has a nut on it, but be aware that it may be metric (19mm dia X 100mm long being very close to 3/4" dia X 4" long) but not necessarily from the standard M-series or complementary metric fine-thread range. If it is a metric fastening the A/F size of the head will be in mm too, of course.
The motor mount bolt size for a 1996 Windstar 3.8 is cross-thread a 3/8" bolt. That is the only bolts that will fit.

it is the same size of the bolt same as the hole and thread. the higher the grade of the bolt the more touque you can apply.

Well your gonna have to have a new mount bolt. Drill it out so that the drill bit is the same size as the hole the bolt goes into. Snap the head off when you drill past thehead. The bolt should hand screw out. If not use vicegrips. Then put the new one in the same place. Should replace the mount aswell.
