grab the dash tweeters from a early 2000's Chrysler 300. they bolt right into the dash.
All you have to do is cut the old pigtail and swap the connector that fits. I have them in my car and they sound great. oh and good luck getting help from crutchfield they dont have any that fit directly
there are NO speakers in the "rear" doors of a Neon.

The dash speakers on the left and right are 3 1/2" round speakers. I have no idea how big the center channel dash speaker is.

The size of the tweeters in the dash are 3-1/2", while the door speakers are 6-3/4"
The speakers i put in the dash of my 98 were 3.5 inch speakers!

3 1/2 in the dash front doors are 6 3/4 and rear dash six by nine ovals
The front door speakers on second generation Neons (2000 and up) are 6.75". These are sometimes called "oversize 6.5"" speakers.
The front and back speakers are 6x9, there are also speaker holes in the front dash on the left and right. The dash speaker holes are small, like 3 1/2 or 4 inch.
There are no dash speakers.Just 6.5" door speakers and ~1.25" tweeters.
