Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the axle end cap. Remove the wheel bearing nut. Remove the wheel bearing seal. Remove the wheel bearing. Reverse the process to install the new wheel bearing.
Unless you have access to a press or bearing removal tools this is not the job for at home. The bearing is pressed into the hub. You need to remove the spindle, press out the old and press in the new.
A bad wheel bearing
If you do not have the proper tool's, then it is really best to take the car to your local garage. This is a specific job.
To remove the brake rotor remove the tire and wheel, remove the caliper, pull the wheel bearing and the rotor will come right off. Here is a tip, it is very easy to reinstall the wheel bearing improperly which will cause bearing failure as they are extrememly sensitive to pre-loading. I have had that happen and it causes big expensive damage. Be careful. VBD
YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE HUB ASSEMBLY OFF AND HAVE A SHOP PRESS THE BEARING,OR REPLACE THE HUB ASSEMBLY FROM A SALVAGE YARD.
