States that recognize a NJ Resident permit include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Vermont.
The answer is sort of no. The state of NJ does have laws allowing the issue of gun permits, but according to everyone I know there, it's basically impossible to get one unless you are a politician or otherwise extremely well connected.
No, No, No. The mandatory penalties for this type of criminal charge are very, very severe. Permits to carry guns in other states do NOT give you permission to carry in New Jersey. My Law Office has been involved in a number of cases dealing with out of state clients charged with gun possession while having permits in other states.
It depends where you live, especially if you live in NY, NJ, CA and socialist states like them. Good Luck.
No state in the US permits marriage between niece and uncle.

yes
You can buy shotguns and rifles out of state, but not handguns. Also, some states have individual restrictions, so you should check NJ and PA law.
Yes, you have are supposed to "Stand Your Ground". If someone is on your property even your backyard especially at night and you he is an intruder you can shoot him. Its different than states like NJ and NY. In NJ you are supposed to call the police and evacuate your house if you can. You can only use your gun if the intruder has a knife or gun and is like threatening to you. In PA there is no charge if you are in the right and the intruder broke in and you shot or killed him. In NJ you could be charged with Homicide if you killed him even if you were in the right. This is just because the laws are tweaked a bit differently. The PA law applies to another 40 states while the NJ law applies to 9 or 10 more states. As you can see the majority of the states are civil minded
