Install Blower Motor 1999 Honda PassportThe blower motor is located under the glovebox on the passanger side. It is held on by three Phillips head screws. Unscrew the three screws and the blower motor drops out. Disconnect the wires to the blower motor using the quick disconnect. To install a new blower motor repeat the above listed steps in reverse order.

You may be thinking of a Stepper Motor.
on my 1990 Allegro 454 engine it is located on the passenger side main frame rail just behind the electric steps.
try to install from the installtion cd.. it will tell you the steps..
