The Cold War was about What?

The Cold War is a 'war' the happened between 1948-1991. There were no direct battle between the USSR (soviet Union) and the USA. It was mostly a war of ' who is the better superpower', who's got the better technology, who's got more influence in the world (imperialism), who will get to the moon first and who is more dominant. USSR and the USA constantly invented and achieved more to try and overtake their opponent achievements. Hope it helped :)

Record your first hypothesis Who was primarily responsible for the Cold War- the United States or the Soviet Union?

Many people feel that the United States was primarily responsible for the Cold War due to a fear of communism but many more, including myself, blame the war on the Soviet Union.

What is the Superpower?

In today's world, it's a nation that possess's nuclear weapons (and has the capacity to use them-a delivery system). Prior to nukes, a super-power had battleships (and lot's of them). Large Armies were not indications of a superpower...any large body of men armed with sticks constituted an Army; and such an Army would not be construed to be a superpower...by any stretch of the imagination. But it takes money (and lot's of it), and technology to build a battleship (and lot's of them); more so than any other type of war machinery. Therefore, if a nation had the money & technology to build a fleet of battleships; they were a superpower. Today: If a nation has the money & technology to build a lot of atomic weapons AND the delivery systems that go with those weapons, they're a superpower.

Is the Soviet Union or the ussr more to blame for the outbreak and development of the cold war?

1. Neither of the reasons you state caused the cold war. 2. The cold war was caused by the atomic bomb. 3. The A-bomb resulted in no-one willing to risk fighting total war again. 4. Total war (using the bomb) risked MAD=Mutually Assured Destruction. 5. The Soviet Union is the USSR (same thing).

Why are girls to blame for teenage pregnancies?

Girls are equally to blame for teen pregnancy as the boy they are having sex with, they are not more to blame. In the case of a girl involved with an older male, I would place more of the blame on him for not being responsible enough to always use a condom.
