I really dont think the IRS has the time to report everyone, if any at all, to the unemployment office regarding unemployed FT/PT students. Neither does the unemployment office has enough funds to investigate. I suggest you do it and just pray that God forgives you. We are going through a recession and desperate times calls for desperate measures. Hope this was of some help.
