Just exercise everyday. Exercise to the point where you sweat but not to where you can't even talk. Eat fruits and vegitables instead of chocolate, peanut butter, just any type of snack that has tons of sugar in it. And drink lots of water instead of pop and cool-aid because cool-aid has sugar and pop is just bad and if you drink too much.... your teeth will start to get a yellow tint to them. You can eat a snack at least once a week or so but that is about it. You don't have to stop snacking to the point where you starve yourself, never starve yourself, just eat all your meals so your not hungry afterwords. And just cut down on the snacking. You don't have to stop snacking forever. And you should be happy with yourself anyway, don't worry about what other people think! People like you for the person that you really are. So don't hide yourself, be who you really are and who you want to be!

Cardio is the best option to burn excess fat. Do push-ups for chest. Do pull-ups for back/biceps. Do lungs and hamstring for legs. Do crunches for abs.
