You could use nail polish remover, which is very effective and makes spots disappear in under 4 hours, but if you have fair skin then i wouldn't use it as it may burn your skin slightly. You can use just the original soap and water method; this can work wonders if you keep it up! After washing with the soap and water you can splash extremely cold water onto your skin immediately afterwards; the hot water opens your pores and the soap cleans all the dirt away, then the cold water makes sure there is no soap left in your pores and closes them.
