The only trains that stop near East 22nd Street between Avenues R and S are the B train (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) and the Q train (of the N-R-Q-W, the yellow line).

The stop you need to get off at is the Kings Highway stop (at East 16th Street, between Kings Highway and Quentin Road). Walk 6 blocks east on Quentin Road to East 22nd Street, turn right, and walk 1 1/2 blocks south to East 22nd between Avenues R and S.

Note that the B does not run on the weekends. Also, on weekends, the Q runs only as far Uptown as 57th Street in Manhattan, and it skips the penultimate stop (heading Uptown), 49th Street.

So, if you are traveling on the weekends, you can't take the B, and, if you are coming from Manhattan, you have to board the Q at one of the following stops:

57th Street (at 7th Avenue)

42nd Street-Times Square (at 7th Avenue)

34th Street-Herald Square (at Broadway)

14th Street-Union Square (between Broadway and Park Avenue South)

Canal Street (at Broadway)

From where in Manhattan? Anyway, Take the 2,3 4 or 5 trains to the Nevins St station. 651 Fulton should be right upstairs at street level. OR The B, Q, M or R trains to Dekalb Avenue. At street level walk 1 block to Fulton & Nevins Streets.

What subway do you take from 48th Street in Manhattan to Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn?

Take the Uptown 1 train (of the 1-2-3, the red line), or the Uptown 2 late nights, from Canal Street (at Varick Street) or Houston Street (on Varick Street between King and Houston Streets) to 14th Street (at 7th Avenue).Walk through the tunnel that connects the 14th Street Station-7th Avenue Station on the 1-2-3 to the 14th Street-6th Avenue Station. At the 14th Street-6th Avenue Station, transfer to the Brooklyn-bound L train (the grey line) to Bedford Avenue. Bedford Avenue is the first stop in Brooklyn. It's the next stop after 14th Street-1st Avenue.

How can you get to Varick Street in Manhattan from Rogers Avenue in Brooklyn?

The 2 train (of the 1-2-3, the red line) and the 5 train (of the 4-5-6, the dark green line) run along Nostrand Avenue from the Nostrand Avenue Station (to the north) to Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College (to the south).Nostrand Avenue is 1 block east of Rogers Avenue, from the point where Rogers Avenue begins (at Grant Square, between Dean and Bergen Streets) to Ablemarle Road. From Ablemarle Road to the point where Rogers Avenue ends (at Farragut Street), Nostrand Avenue is 3 short blocks east of Rogers Avenue (except for the 1-block stretch between Church Avenue and Erasmus Street, where it is 2 short blocks east of Rogers Avenue). So, Nostrand Avenue is pretty much right next to Rogers Avenue, to the east, and the 2 and 5 trains run along Nostrand Avenue. You need to take the 2 train. You can board the 2 train from Nostrand Avenue (at Eastern Parkway), President Street, Sterling Street, Winthrop Street, Church Avenue, Beverly Road or Newkirk Avenue.Take the Manhattan-bound 2 from any of these stations to Chambers Street. Transfer at Chambers Street to the Uptown 1train, and take the 1 train 1, 2, or 3 stops, to Franklin Street, Canal Street or Houston Street. All of these stations are on Varick Street. If you are traveling late at night, then you don't need to transfer to the 1, because the 1 does not run at night. Instead, the 2 (an express train) runs on the local track (the 1 train's track). So you can take the 2the whole way there, to Franklin, Canal or Houston Streets.

How do you get to the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott from Jamaica train station?

Assuming you meant the Jamaica Station on the LIRR (Long Island Railroad): the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue Station of the New York City subway system connects to this station. The trains that stop at Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue are the E train (of the A-C-E, the blue line) and the J-Z (the brown line).Take the Brooklyn and Manhattan-bound J or Ztrains from Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue to Broadway Junction.Transfer at Broadway Junction to the Manhattan-bound A or C trains. Take the A or C to Jay Street-Metrotech.The Jay Street-Metrotech Station is at the corner of Jay and Willoughby Streets. Walk one block north on Jay Street, and turn left at the next street (it's not actually a street, though, but a promenade between two buildings).Walk through the promenade to the next street, Adams Street. The Brooklyn Bridge Marriott is either half a block north of you or half a block south of you. The address is 333 Adams Street, but there seems to be a discrepancy on Google Maps.

What train do you take from Church Ave to 1260-1278 60th Street?

It depends on where on Church Avenue you're starting out from. There is a Church Avenue station on the F and Gtrains (at McDonald Avenue), and another on the B and Q trains (at East 18th Street), and another on the 2and 5 trains (at Nostrand Avenue). You have to take the D or N to get to 1260-1278 60th Street. If you're traveling at night, you can take the Uptown F or G from Church Avenue to 4th Avenue-9th Street, and transfer there to the Downtown D or N to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street. The D and N only stop at 4th Avenue-9th Street at night. When it's not nighttime, taking the F or G becomes a lot more difficult. You should seriously consider walking east on Church Avenue to East 18th Street and taking the B or Q instead. It's about a mile's walk. You can take the Uptown B or Q trains from Church Avenue to Atlantic Avenue, and transfer there to the Downtown N or D. Take the Downtown N or D from Atlantic Avenue to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street. These are two connected stations, the 62nd Street Station on the D train, and the New Utrecht Avenue Station on the N train. You can also take the Uptown 2 or 3 from Church Avenue to Atlantic Avenue, and transfer there to the Downtown N or D.If you take the N, you'll exit on 63rd Street, between New Utrecht Avenue and 15th Avenue. Walk 0.5 blocks west to New Utrecht Avenue. Then walk 3 blocks north on New Utrecht Avenue to 60th Street. Turn left and walk 1.5 blocks west on 60th Street. Your destination is on the next block, between 13th and 12th Avenues. If you take the D, you'll exit on New Utrecht Avenue, between 62nd and 61st Streets. Walk 1.5 blocks north to 60th Street, then turn left and walk 1.5 blocks west on 60th Street to 1260-1278 60th Street, between 13th and 12th Avenues.

What trains or buses go to 109 East 16th Street Manhattan New York City?

The 14th Street-Union Square Station is just a few blocks from your destination. Take the 4-5-6 (the dark green line) or the N-R-Q-W (the yellow line) or the L train (color code grey) to 14th Street-Union Square. You will exit the subway on 14th Street, between Park Avenue South and 3rd Avenue. Your destination is just two blocks north, on 16th Street between Park Avenue South and 3rd Avenue. Note that, from 14th Street to 23rd Street only, a narrow avenue called "Irving Plaza" runs between Park Avenue South and 3rd Avenue. So, from 14th to 23rd, it goes Park Avenue South ---> Irving Plaza ---> 3rd Avenue. Your destination is actually between Park Avenue South and Irving Plaza, on 16th.
