∙ 6y agoGo to your GP - avoid alternate treatments like Reiki, homeopathy, internet miracle cures, chiropractic, osteopaths, acupuncture, aromatherapy and may others. A real doctor can diagnose if there is an underlying cause and treat it or if the headaches are severe arrange for a specialist (neurologist. pain specialist. etc) to examine you. Wanna be alternate medics cannot provide this service.Going to alternated medicines may waste irrecoverable time if there is a serious underlying concern (tumours, cancer, infection in sinuses, etc)
