The above is correct BUT DO USE GOOD motorcycle oil. I unfortunately got some from a superstore and it screwed up my starter clutch. I changed the oil and filter, and now it is getting better and even starts no problem after first start. If it does not start I have to engage second, and pull bike back to engage the sprague clutch and then whilst going back pull in clutch and the engage neutral and she will normally start.
The same is true for any car oil, do not use it not even for topping up!
According to the owner's manual, the recommended brake fluid is DOT4, and if it's not available, DOT3 can be used.
SAE 10w30 Full Synthetic, any major brand.
20-40W is what the owners manual calls for. I believe it's 3.4 quarts with oil filter 3.3 without.
In cold months use 10W30. In hot weather use 20/50.

Depends on the tempature, but I use Castrol GTX 20/w50 Racing Oil under most conditions.
The fuel mixture for a Yamaha 40 hp 2 stroke outboard engine is 50:1, gas, oil mixture. You should use new gas when you get the engine ready for the season.
yamalube or Castro syntech weight is up to you yama lube prefer because it is used for higher rpm motors

yes they are not cheap, but just type in virago 535 centre stand and they will come up
