If you look at your oil filler cap it says to use 5W30 oil.
Factory said to use 5W30 and 10W30 in the summer time / Hot weather.
If you use heavy weight oil the valve train will not lube correctly and it will burn up the roller lifters and rocker arms. You will loose the valve train.
10w30 or 10w40
10w40 or 10w30 class J motor oil
Yes
10w30 in the summer and 10w40 in the winter.
10w30 weight unless it is using oil. In that case use 10w40.

5W30 in the cold months and 10W30 in the hot months. Anything heavier then these 2 will burn the valve train up over time.

I would use 10w30 and for high mileage 10w40 would work best
Lol 10w30.. I prefer 10w40 when it comes to higher milage cars
Auto Zone has Valvoline ATV oil in 10w40 down here in the south. Pep Boys Auto has it also in both 10w40 & 10w30 as well. Ck the owners manual for your temp chart for you location. Valvoline is the only one I've seen that has ATV oil for this application. So, Valvoline 10w40 for the summer & 10w30 for the winter it is!!!
