The difference between America and england were huge. The difference between england and the rest of Europe was huge. Britain was a democracy, many men could vote. A lot of the economy was in the non noble middle and upper class. Most farmers rented their land.

America was a democracy, where almost all men could vote. Almost all farmers (except for slaves) owned their own land, making America the most middle class nation on earth. There was no noble class.

Europe, except for Holland and Switzerland, was absolute monarchies. The Noble owned most of the land. Almost all the farmers rented land.
