The person you are asking about was a good friend of Ismail Murtaza ogly Aliev from VNIIPI Flotskaya St. facility ( they used to roam Middle East as there was no tomorrow ). As a matter of fact, " Sheikh Hossein" had himself benefited from some instruction received at one of the facilities of Tashkent Institute of Oriental Studies. It may come as a mild surprise to you, " Sheikh Hossein" had a life before he became an ethnic Arab , a Shia who was an officer in Quds Force. As far as I know, the befriending itself happened during a a shared taxi journey from the outskirts of Balabakk to Majlis El Hassan , Royal Palace in Amman. Another friend who shared his vast experience with " Sheikh Hossein" was Marius Yuzbashyan. The name of the person you are asking about is still of a significant interest for quite a few researches. That is the best answeer I can give you at this moment in time at this particular site. At that time Tashkent State University of oriental Studies was called Institute of oriental Studies and main address was : 16 Shakhizabs Street, Tashkent. Despite the prevailing opinion that Iran is the Middle East's only INTERLOCUTEUR VALABLE- the only country who can deliver, I would maintain that the real force behind the historical Jerusalem Force ( Quds) always had been the most sophisticated networks of SVR( KGB, NKVD, RCheka,Ochrana,etc) illegals. Who won the 1965 India-Pakistan war?
The war was fought between the Indian Army and the erstwhile princely state forces opposed by Pak Army , paramilitary and local militias from the NWFP (the Pakistani forces referred to themselves as the Azad Kashmir forces . The princely state forces were unprepared for the initial assault of AZK forces, having been deployed thinly on the borders of the princely state for purposes of maintaining border security and deterring militant activity. Throughout 1948 many small-scale battles were fought, but none gave a strategic advantage to either side and the fronts gradually solidified along what would became known as the LOC.
